A senior engineer and project manager are assigned to every LAN installation, and a full pre-build & test of the entire network architecture is completed in Eison’s test environment prior to even moving hardware to site. 

Once on site, each network is installed and tested according to a pre-defined test schedule, and is only signed off when the network & applications are performing to the customer’s satisfaction.  

Eison then provide any level of hardware cover support up to and including 24*7*2hr onsite, with a range of support & professional services providing ongoing strategic and advisory options.
