Eison Assist
Eison Assist is an annual service contract, consisting of a pre-defined number of "pool days" per annum from an Eison Technical Consultant - called off as and when your organisation requires. They are on hand to advise and assist in all areas of network planning and change, including:
- Resolving network performance issues
- Resilience / DR planning and testing
- Network reviews & design / strategy planning
- Network security audits, reviews and testing
- Installation & configuration services
- High-level & business critical moves, adds and changes
