Eison Assist

Eison Assist is an annual service contract, consisting of a pre-defined number of "pool days" per annum from an Eison Technical Consultant - called off as and when your organisation requires. They are on hand to advise and assist in all areas of network planning and change, including:

 

  • Resolving network performance issues
  • Resilience / DR planning and testing
  • Network reviews & design / strategy planning
  • Network security audits, reviews and testing
  • Installation & configuration services
  • High-level & business critical moves, adds and changes
