A senior engineer and project manager are assigned to every WAN installation, and a full pre-build & test of the network architecture is completed in Eison’s test environment prior to moving hardware to site.

WANs are then subject to a strict rollout & test schedule, far beyond the basic “IP connectivity” test applied by the carriers.

Eison discuss individual application performance parameters in depth with each customer for every project, and these parameters are then tested and approved as part of our standard signoff procedure.
